I am a new customer with 360 Painting. I received poor service that I felt I should bring to your attention. My drywall, paint and minor kitchen upgrade (counter-top, backsplash & sink) project has went unfinished for over a month. I experienced much miscommunication and supervision, the 360 office and subcontractors lacked communication with each other to efficiently complete my project. I recommend you meet with the 360 owner & the assigned subcontractor and thoroughly discuss your project twice or as many times as needed. The subcontractors, hispanic non-english speaking, arrived to work 30 minutes late each day and were a no-show/no-call once. The men were disrespectful to my family and pets (suggestion: if you have pets that live inside the home you may consider another company). I love the new countertop the subs installed- they just never came back to install the backsplash and they left a mess of caulking to be cleaned. I purchased the paint for my project. The subs in a rush on a Friday afternoon primed and painted my bathroom using all the paint and leaving dozens of holes in the wall. It gets better- the subs came back (per my request over 2 weeks later) patched a good many of the holes (fixture & nail holes). Two weeks later I am still waiting for them to come back to sand and paint again. I was extremely disappointed with the communication & supervision of the subcontractors assigned to my project. A good bit of my project looks great. I wish the subcontractors would have finished the project and had they been supervised I think they would have. I will keep you updated on the completion of my project that started August 23, 2010.
