Run as fast as you can to another dealership. Carolina Coach changed the terms of our sales agreement and when we decided to walk away, they kept $1039.00 in fees. They claim is was for preparation of the camper we were buying, but had we been told the actual cost, given a sales agreement, we would have walked away. Don't trust them. Lots of other reputable RV dealers around....run away from these crooks. more

RUN...don't walk away from this place. Better yet, don't even stop in there. It is owned by a crook, who only employees crooks and has the WORST reputation among all of the manufacturers. If you buy from this evil man you will get ripped off. The only long time employees here are criminals with no scruples. They will lie, cheat, overcharge, steal and do whatever to get your money. They have sold their souls for a dollar. more

Pathetic. luvnlife65 is the owners personal secretary. This is indicative of how the place runs...The owner has to have his employees leave Good reviews because the business is sooooooo terrible. more

There is a high turnover rate so customer service and sales are a bust because each time you visit there will be new people that are unfamiliar with you or the business. The owner has a couple of favorite upper management employees which get full control and lets them treat others like they are worthless in which they then leave or get terminated for lame reasons. Rules only apply to lowly employees not to those showing undue attention to those in authority in order to gain favour Ask around locally you will see for yourself. more

Better Everytime I go 11/23/2011

I started shopping for a Motorhome about a year and a half ago. I have to admit when I first went in there I may have had a doubt or two but the more recent times I have went to look at inventory I have been more and more impressed. There are new managers in some of the departments and I can tell a change in the employees I have spoken to over my time visiting them there. I have my eye on a Pleasureway and am sure when I am ready it will be bought from Carolina Coach & Camper. My sales consultant is very helpful and the sales manager as well. All my questions have always been answered and they are very patient. Would highly recommend to everyone interested in a RV to visit this dealership. more

Not Real Impressed 9/22/2011

I must start by saying I will probably get notified by Carolina Coach & Camper after they read this review. Carolina Coach & Camper did go out of there way & bring in the used unit that we wanted & gave us a very fair trade in value for our unit. BUT that is where the quality ended! we were assured by the salesman that the unit would be ""quote"" ""immaculate"" and the list of concerns would be addressed. when we picked up our unit the detail work out side was fair at best, the inside had been lightly wiped down & vacuumed. FAR from ""immaculate"". well it was our fault accepting it in it's condition but I said we are hard folks to please so we will be sure things are done correctly. upon getting it home we discovered a major hydraulic leak. the next day I spoke with the sales manager and extremely expressed my concerns on the lack of cleanliness & repairs. Carolina Coach & Camper did repair the hydraulic leak issue. I felt as though they should have gone above & beyond the call of duty after expressing my concerns. ( the way I operate my small business) I feel as though they get the sale & push you out the door when there is not a lot of money made on the deal made. more

Great Place To Shop For RVs 8/11/2005

I stopped in at the Carolina Coach dealership near Hickory a couple Saturdays back and had a great experience. They were quite busy, but I was still met at the door by a very friendly receptionist and was quickly handed over to an equally friendly salesman. I was there to look for a new Class C motorhome. I really love there selection. They actually had so many choices that I couldn't decide. I am going back soon and pick out the coach my wife and I are looking for to travel with our daughter. I can't wait! You gotta stop in and see there selection. Pros: Selection, Friendly Folks, Knowledgable Salesman Cons: Parking Limited, Too Many to Choose more
