We called Carolina Appliance Service, in Mooresville, NC 704-662-0004 on Tuesday, Oct 14, 2008 to come a repair my Maytag, Neptune. I ordered the part that was covered under warranty. The man we talked to is Bob. Bob put us in the 3:00 ? 5:00 slot on Thursday, Oct 16th. The part arrived on noon Oct 16th and I called to confirm our 3:00 ? 5:00 slot. Bob said that is insane, are you crazy? Do you really think I am coming out to your house today? I said we were already in this slot. He said he would call in the morning Oct. 17th to schedule a time to come out and repair the unit. I hung up and called my husband. Which in turn my husband called Bob. Bob also told my husband he was crazy and to come out today was insane. Which are the same exact words Bob used to me. Bob told my husband he had had enough of our phone calls today and did not even want to work on our washer and to find someone else. We set this appointment up because we were going out of town on Friday to our grandson?s birthday celebration in Tennessee. Bob lacks professionalism and no customer service, and is down right rude. So if you plan on using Carolina Appliance Service of Mooresville NC know that you will be hiring with a company and a man that does not care about his customers. Carolina Appliance Services web site carolinaapplianceservice com says that they work on Maytag?s. I called Maytag and they told me that Carolina Appliance Services is NOT certified or authorize to work on Maytag?s and Whirlpools. So if you have warranty work on these machines do not hire Carolina Appliance Services for if you do, any existing warranty you have left on your unit will be void. This man Bob should be ashamed and for the way he talked and treated me. Bob has a very professional web site, he walks the walk initially, the way he talks to his customers is cheap and rude.
