I highly recommend working with Josh and Carol Dochen Realty. Josh's insight as a former appraiser was invaluable in pricing my central east austin home. I had asking price within 5 days in the current market, and it wasn't under priced! Josh also went way above the call of duty as my realtor. He was helping me move stuff, ordered cleaning crews to remove debris and such, and was very communicative between me, the buyer, the title company and the other realtor. more

I spoke to a couple of realtors before I chose to work with Josh. He recommended that I list my home at a much higher price than had been recommended by the others - a $12,000 difference which, for me, was a small fortune. He also made easy and affordable suggestions that made my home more appealing to potential buyers. I was a first-time home seller, and Josh helped me every step of the way.
