On July 23rd, I took my Cadillac into Carneeds to get 2 tires mounted, balanced and a front end alignment with no issues of low pressure warning lights or any other tire problems were existing at this time. The week prior to this I just took my car to Cadillac and had a full inspection, also had hubs, bearings, and brakes replaced. As I was to leave, I wanted to talk with the mechanic,at Carneeds, something that I do everytime someone works on my car, about the work that was performed on my vehicle. He seemed not to have any time for me and brushed me off and said, ""oh yeah tell him his check tire pressure light was on"" I found this to be rather strange and went out to my vehicle and confirmed that I now had a large display that prompted me to check my tire pressure, note very visible, and yellow tire pressure gage on as well. I went back into Carneeds and asked them about the light and they told me that it should go off and if it doesn't to have them fix it when I got back to St. Louis, for they knew that I was out of town. I left the facility for two hours and during this time the vehicle did not improve nor did the lights turn off. I took the vehicle back to Carneeds and talked directly to the manager that treated very unprofessionally. The manager told me that the light was already on and said that he would take me back to talk to the mechanic, something that seemed to be a problem earlier was now easy task and was taken back very promply. The mechanic at this time said the same thing, the light was already on the vehicle when it arrived to the facility. The manager made me feel like a liar and I pride myself in my honesty for I am a registered Private Investigator for the State of Illinois and a Veteran of Foriegn wars for the United States Army. I have never in my life felt so disrespected as I have on this day July 23rd, 2011 from the Company, Carneeds, 3501 Park Avenue, Paducah, KY 42001-4054 phone number (270) 575-3496.
