Bruster's may have a large selection and options, but when it comes to quality and service, Carmichael's has them beat! Carmichael's staff knows how to not only dip the ice cream but do it with a smile and has never gotten an order wrong. more

The secret is out... 8/7/2002

I was a die hard Gelesti Celesti fan until I ventured into Carmichael's.....it is by far the best and smoothest ice cream I ever had. I was in a adventurous mode and opted for the cantelope (yes, cantelope) ice cream. I've been hooked ever since. It's a small shop with limited seating but there are tables outside. It's a "word of mouth" joint but I'd rather see it more crowded than gone. So the word is now on the web. Pros: Quality Ice Cream, Selection, Cute Shop Cons: Limited Seating more

The best ice cream I've ever tasted. It is great to live within a mile of this place! I was worried when Brusters came in to town. Please visit this shop - it will help keep them in business, and it will be the best ice cream you ever ate! Pros: fresh ice cream, great environment more
