Above all the rest! 2/11/2009

This was the first time I really felt comfortable purchasing a new car, and I've been buying cars since 1955. Every person was professional and very pleasant to work with. There was no pressure and no ""games"" played. Carmichael Honda doesn?t subscribe to the conventional sales tactics practiced by many of the high volume car dealers. I dread the thought of stepping into an Autowest showroom or typical mass-market car retailer. You are in a class by yourselves as far as I am concerned. Pros: They don't play the same games as typical car dealers Cons: I can't think of anything more

Great ""No Pressure"" experience 1/19/2009

The sales lady was really nice. When we first arrived I told her I was just looking and wasn?t sure what I wanted, at which point she said if we needed anything to let her know and left us to browse. After being to many car lots It was extremely refreshing not to be hounded to look at this and that. Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable employees Cons: N/A more
