Didn't even bother to show up and had the nerve to attempt to retain the deposit. And forget an apology-- they were rude over the phone. If you want a reliable local move, go with Lonestar. After they stepped in and moved us, we arrived at the new apartment only to discover two more couples who were waiting for Carmel to arrive. more
