To My Loyal customers, Re:Fudgekittens review. I would like to apologize to "fudgekitten" for the service delay fudgekitten has written about. We helped over 900 customers with our tow trucks in the month of January of 2008. Running the Big Sur Coastline in the winter months is a difficult task as we have no radio reception or cell service . I have no record of complaint nor was this brought to my attention by the customer other than finding this review on this site.Our family has been in business in the Carmel area since 1945 as I am the third generation to manage the business.Our AAA member satisfaction level for the month of January (totally satisfied customers) 89.9 % Which I am proud of. Again I'm apologetic to fudgekitten and always concerned about customers comments.I personally would rate my business 4 and three quarters stars as there is always room for improvement.
