I have always had problems growing my fingernails and have given up on the acrylic nails and gels as they really don't feel natural at all. Natural is the way to go when your work involves lots of computer usage. So when Jen, my hair stylist, recommended Shellacing, a fairly new process at the salon, I decided to give it a try. The process strengthens your own nails and the coating helps to keep them from breaking or chipping. I love to show off my nails now, thanks to Nicky. She does a great job. I have been a long time customer of Jen and Katie (hair and pedicures), and have always received great compliments on their work. more

I have fairly difficult hair. It's thick, dry, wavy/curly, hits my mid-back and has been dyed every natural color under the sun. Over the years, I had become accustomed to walking out of salons in tears because most stylists were unable (or, in some cases, unwilling) to give me what I wanted. That being said, I have never been disappointed by a cut, color or styling I've received at Organix. It's on the pricier side as far as salons in the area go, but I'm completely willing to shell out the extra fifteen or twenty dollars every eight weeks. more

I've had a couple of good experiences, but my last few visits at Organix were absolutely TERRIBLE, and I won't be going back. It's really hit or miss as most of the staff (in my opinion) are rather inexperienced. I've walked out of the salon disappointed by the service provided too many times so --- now I'm moving on to something better. more

I love Organix! All of the services are wonderful, but my absolute favorite is... massage! I especially love the new massage style that their therapist, Amanda, has to offer: Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage - I could just fall asleep on the table! The soothing rhythmic strokes are like the waves of the ocean and the coconut oil I had choosen felt and smelled very exotic! She also is very good with deep tissue (ah, the welcome pressure of her elbows!) or just regular Swedish if you just need to relax. I haven't tried the hot stone yet, but I bet it, too, is to die for! I felt very connected and comfortable with her - she was always asking if I was comfortable or if the pressure was just right. I also felt that she listened to what I said and didn't give a cookie-cutter massage. I felt I was (literally) in good hands. In fact, they were magic hands! I always feel like I am floating out of her room afterwards. :-) more

I have been going to Organix for years. I now go there for all my hair and spa services; hair, nails, facials, laser, massage, spray tans and even to pick up my Aveda products (high maintenance girl here). I am always happy with the services I receive and so are all my friends who I have sent there. We all keep going back! I also LOVE that there is no pressure to buy products (like many other salons) but if you are interested in something they are always very helpful. Great atmosphere, great staff and services! more
