This is one neat place to live!! You can do whatever you want, don't worry about the lease, it is not enforced at all. (EXCEPT PARKING) But you can use charcoal bbq's and have any kind of dog you want. The rules say no pits or rotts, but we have both and they have been here for a while. The rules say nothing outside your garage, but you can put your dish out there if you want, there are currently 4 of them out in front of the garage area, lease says no, but hey no enforcement!!! People put their patio furniture out on the side walk to extend their balconies and no one cares, it is great!! Kids can do whatever they want to do and the office is cool with it. The grounds dude, even while drunk, still manages to stumble around picking up the cig butts for us!! But seriously, nothing is enforced so don't worry about the stupid lease........(EXCEPT PARKING) more

We lived here for 6 months in 2005. We absolutely loved it. We had a 2 bed/2 1/2 bath townhome with a 2 car garage and it was very nice. We had just sold out home and needed somewhere to stay until we decided to purchase a new home. Comming from a 4 bedroom home, we had a ton of stuff, most of which we had to put into storage. We decided that this townhome was a little on the small side for us, so we left Carmel to rent a home up the street from a ""professional"" property management. Biggest mistake of our lives. We hate these so called ""professionals"" Our maintanence request go unnoticed, yard maintenance which we paid for went undone...blah blah blah, I could go on forever. Well, we are now moving back to Carmel in March, and I tell you, we can't wait. This time we are getting the 3 bed/3 bath/2 car garage townhouse, and this is going to fit our needs perfectly. The staff at Carmel is wonderful. Tabi and Danielle are the best. Yes, it's true, on some Monday's they serve breakfast to you at the front gate as you are leaving...how cool is that! They even have valet trash service. Put it on your front porch and forget about it, they take it away for you. The only downfall is, because we have a 2 car garage and we have 3 vehicles, one has to park on the street. They are real sticklers about the two car policy inside the gates. I wish they would allow 3 cars, especially for a 3 bedroom unit. Other than that, this place is simply the best in Roseville, and you really can't beat the price for what you get. I can't wait until March, to come back ""home"".
