Great place. My wife and I recently stopped in Cullman on our way to Florida. We saw Carlton's on Urbanspoon and stopped in for dinner. It was some of the best Italian food that I have ever had. My wife and even swapped half way through so we could each try two great dinners. Service was great and the price was reasonable. Don't miss this great find more

Although I haven't tried the entire menu, I recommend Carlton's. I enjoy the pizza's and the calzone I sae was HUGE. The ingredients seem fresh, and the staff is great. more

Very good italien Food. Carlton' Italian has excellent food in a nice quaint setting. You can also watch games or eat outdoors. The food especially the Lasagna is awesome as is the bread rolls deserts and everything. The prices are not too bad wish it was a hair cheaper, but don't we all at all restaurants; but the quality and friendly servers make for a wonderful meal. more

The server we had was an outstanding waitress! She coached us on how to save $$ on cheese bread... Kept our drinks FULL! Food was quick (considering I ordered a ""made-to-order calzone."") The atmosphere was very impressive... Almost like you stepped into Italy for a bite to eat.. Speaking of ""eats."" The food was served quickly, (as mentioned before), it was hot..... Very, very tasty. My wife had the spaghetti and meatballs and she commented to me that they were better than another Italian restaurant that we frequent in Shelby county. We drove from Kimberly on a chance...... And we were extremely glad that we did. We'll definitely be back to Carlton's! more

Excellent little restaurant!. Husband & I both got the spaghetti and meatballs and it was perfect! Very tasty garlic bread personal loaf. We had the side salad which had incredibly fresh excellent quality spring greens. Even the iced tea was great!\r The cozy decor is a nicely done rustic shabby chic.\r There is a very nice outdoor dining area, too.\r We travel thru this area 2-3 times a year & will most certainly be back. more

Carlton's has some of the best pizza and spaghetti in town! Add to that the fact that the rest of their food is A-1, you got a winner!!! Be prepared to wait because if you want good fresh food, you have to wait for it to be prepared!!! Highly recommend! more

Looking for that perfect spot to get some Italian food? Look no further than Carlton's. From the perfectly cooked pizza to the always delectable Lasagna and then to the Cajun Chicken Pasta, Carlton's has something for everybody. One of my personal favorites is their take on the Supreme Pizza called ""The Blaylock"" named for the Owner. If you are looking for something a bit more get a side of the special house dressing and dip your pizza in it. Wonderful decor and the staff is excellent just like the food. more

We finally made it to this locally owned restaurant after reading positive reviews on trip advisor. We were not disappointed. We arrived just before 6:00 PM on a Saturday night. All tables were full and we waited about 15 minutes. The restaurant is very rustic and attractive. The service was polite and prompt. We had the lobster ravioli and a chicken pasta dish. Both were excellent. They have a good wine and beer selection also. They have a large diverse menu . We can't wait wait to go back and try other dishes. One more thing, the prices are very reasonable! more

Just stopped into Carlton's after a soccer game. We had the bruschetta that was reviewed in trip advisor and weren't disappointed. Our selections included the Tuscan pasta, lobster and butternut squash ravioli and Mediterranean pizza. Everything was fresh and delicious. The lobster ravioli is especially rich in flavor. Prices are very reasonable and service was outstanding on a weeknight. We would definitely visit again. more
