My first time using Carl's Van Rentals and I couldn't be happier! They provided excellent costumer service. They made my rental experience extremely easy and satisfactory. Picked up and dropped off the Jeep Wrangler at the airport without any problems. And they gave me an awesome price for my Jeep rental! I highly recommend them. more

Very good deal!! Very highly recommended!!! 3/7/2016

This was our first time renting their van for our trip to Tampa to attend a relative's wedding over there. They have very good customer service and a very good deal compare to other vehicle rental place. I highly recommend them to everyone. Love their van, very clean & no problems at all. more

This was my first time renting from Carl's Van Rentals. They were very professional. The young man that helped me was excellent. He was polite and efficient, basically everything I was looking for. The car I rented was perfect too. I found the prices reasonable. I have never rented anything before, but I was happy with this price. I had a nice trip due to their great customer service. I was happy with my experience, and I recommend them highly. more

What I liked most about Carl's Van Rentals was that they really catered to my needs. They knew I had a large group of people, and they gave me the right vehicle, informed me of the ins and outs to drive it, and they made sure I was taken care of. They were also patient with me while I was gathering all the information I needed to rent the vehicle. I would have liked more vehicles to choose from, but overall, I thought they were great. more

No muss no fuss. 5/22/2015

Carl's Van Rental's was efficient at booking my reservation and making my paperwork. The vehicle I rented was clean and ready to go when I went to pick it up. The van was nice, cool, and comfy. I hauled six guys around all weekend in it, and had no problems. I was able to return the vehicle quickly, complete the paperwork quickly, and be out the door in good time. I will most likely use them again, and I would absolutely recommend them! more

A Great Way to Travel En Masse. 5/14/2015

The customer service by Carl's Van Rentals was excellent! I rented a van from them in order to help transport 6 guys to a golf game. The salesperson who worked with us (I think his name was Jamie or something) was great. The only problem was that the van we got was filthy. I actually saw multiple cockroaches (or maybe one multiple times--I don't know for sure) living in the back of the van. I was just transporting clubs, so that was okay, but a passenger van should look better than that! more

I had a very pleasant experience with Carl's Van Rentals. The people in Jacksonville are excellent and very easy to work with. They have been very accommodating. This was my third year using them, and I will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend them. more

Everything Has Been Flawless! 4/27/2015

My buddies and I have been using Carl's Van Rentals every year for our annual golf trip and they're great. The guy I've dealt with in the past couple years, Justin K, has been really good and nothing but professional. The vans are always available at the airport and the prices are competitive and low. I'd recommend them to anyone! more

Although I needed it for a last minute thing, when I went up, they had a van available. Carl's Van Rentals had good customer service, the people were really nice and they explained things well. I enjoyed the van, it was nice and clean, and filled with gas. This was the second time this year we've used them, and we came back because of their hospitality and because they have best prices. It was an awesome experience, and I really enjoy dealing with them. more

We have been using Carl's Van Rentals for about two years now, and we've been very satisfied with them. The staff is great, and they have a large variety of vehicles to choose from. Overall I'd say we've had a good experience with Carl's, and we wouldn't look elsewhere for car rentals. more

Everything went very well when I used Carl's Van Rentals. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful, professional, and friendly. One thing that I'd like would be for their website to inform customers about how the airport pick up/drop off process works. I would be put at ease if I could read how the process worked ahead of time. I would absolutely recommend them. more

I run a football team and we've been using Carl's Van Rentals for the past year for transport and they are great. The staff is very professional, with the management being very good and the employees being efficient. The vans are always ready when you get there and the vehicles are cleaned and serviced well. No complaints whatsoever. The prices are good and we definitely be using them for future seasons. more

Affordable and there when I needed them 3/24/2015

I used Carl's Van Rentals when my truck broke down. My friend had recommended them to me, and he works for the entertainment industry, so I trust his opinion. They had a vehicle available for me. I was able to get what I needed from them, and they were there for me when I needed them. They were also affordable, the best rate for weekend rates. However, my only complaint with them is that they charged me an extra hour when my truck was not ready right away. Other than that, they provided good service. more

Amazing service 9/18/2014

We needed to rent a van for a bachelorette weekend traveling from Jacksonville to Miami. The online reservation process was very easy to use and understand. I had a few questions in the days leading up to the event and always got a very nice person on the phone that was able to answer all my questions. Very professional company with great track record. You wont be disappointed. more

Carl’s Van Rentals is wonderful. The staff was very polite and accommodating with pick-up and return times. The van was very clean, spacious, well-kept, and exactly what I wanted. Best place in Jacksonville to rent a van 5/19/2014

I have been a customer of Carl's Van Rental for the last three or four years, and each time they're courteous and give great service. They know my name, know my preferences, and rent vehicles to me with ease. They are always on time, and always have my vehicles ready and clean. I'm completely satisfied with their service and use them all the time. I also really like the manager Justin. He's very friendly and courteous. Overall, the customer service is the best part. more

Real smooth! 5/12/2014

I've been using Carl's Van Rentals for about three or four years. They always try to work with me to find a vehicle. When I get there to pick it up, it's clean and ready to go. When I go to drop it off, I just drop it off and put the keys in the drop box. I even ended up buying one of their old rental vans! more

My experiences with Carl's Van Rentals have been great. It was easy operating the vehicles both times and they were well maintained. The prices are competitive and it took less than an hour to get set up with them. Everyone is really friendly and professional. I haven't had any problems with them at all. They're also conveniently located to me. The service is reliable and I'd recommend them highly. more

Justin from Carl's Van Rentals was very much customer oriented. He helped with the decision making process to rent a twelve person van for a weekend recruit. He provided me with many options and everything worked out perfectly. This was my first time using their service and I'd use them again. more
