The people at Carl's Van Rental were awesome. Everything went great. I even left more gas in the van than when I got it. There were no hassles, everything went smoothly and the prices were fair. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will be sure to recommend them to other people. I would go to this company again. more

I thought that Carl's Van Rentals were excellent. I thought their product and their service was very good. They have personalized service and they are very thoughtful and pay attention tot he customer needs. I have used them several times and they have been great every time, like I said, they are good people that do excellent work and they treat you like family. more

Okay, could be better 12/5/2016

The branch of Carl's Van Rentals that I rented from was under staffed. They took a long time to get my vehicle ready. They were friendly, but mostly understaffed. I had to help them remove one of the seats from the back of the van I was renting to make it a cargo van. more

Easy. No complications and great customer service. 11/11/2016

Carl's Van Rentals is great. Everything went smoothly. There were no complications when we got there and the car that was available and ready for us so the customer service was amazing and the process was easy and simple. It was very cost effective and again, the costumer service was very good. This is my first time renting from them and I will go back for sure. more

I am very happy with my experience with the people over at Carl's Van Rentals. Everything went so smooth and easy it was just very nice. I thought that the toll charge might have been a little high but it was not too bad so I am ok. It was a very good experience and I will definitely be using them again. more

Painless and economical! 8/12/2016

I absolutely give Carl's Van Rentals 5 out of 5 stars! The quality of service I receive every time is amazing. I was told up front everything I would need to bring, and they even expedited the paperwork so I could get on my way quickly. They always provide excellent customer service as well as doing everything they promised to do. Amazing! I was in and out, and then on my way. On top of such great customer service - the equipment is great! So easy and effortless. It enables the customer time to do what it is they need to get done. It's like smooth sailing storm free on a sunny day - Simply the best! I travel from Coral Springs to Ft. Lauderdale - that's how great the service is! Definitely worth the drive and I absolutely recommend them every chance I get. more

I heard about Carl's Van Rentals from a word of mouth. It was an easy process to get my rental and to return it after a month of usage. Staff are professional. Rates were reasonable. I would use them again and also recommend others to use Carl's Van Rentals. more

Exceptional service, family friendly 6/9/2016

In April we rented a van from Carl's Van Rentals and I was very pleased with everything they did for us. This was our first time renting with them and it won't be the last. They were very precise and went out of their way to provide our family with child seats and everything we asked for. When we went to their office, we spoke with a woman who was their DM and she couldn't have been more courteous. The van we got was clean, roomy, in great condition and was in the location they promised. We had the van for six days and there were zero problems. Everyone at Carl's Van Rentals was friendly and professional and we can't wait to rent from them again for another family vacation! more

Manager was great 5/5/2016

I was really impressed with my experience with Carl's Van Rentals because they really worked with me. I was in a little bit of a pinch and the manager whose name I can't quite remember really helped me out. He was really great and he helped me get everything I needed which was awesome. I would definitely go back to these guys should I need another van rental because they make the process really easy and simple and they really work with you to get things done. more

100% satisfied with my experience 5/4/2016

When I picked up my van from their shop, I was delighted to see that I had a brand new 15 passenger van. It was cleaner and nicer than I expected, so that made me very happy. Renting with Carl's Van Rentals was convenient and we had the van for one day, it was perfect for our group and the van ran very smoothly. Even though it was a bit of a drive to pick up the van, I felt I was well taken care of and the price and equipment was great. Their friendly service, clean vans, and affordable prices will make me return when I need to rent another van. more

I recently was in charge of hosting a big event and the guys over at Carl's Van Rentals really helped me with the transportation side of things. I wanted to be able to move all the food and chairs in as few trips as possible and so I decided to rent a large van. These guys just made the whole process so simple and easy that it definitely helped to reduce my stress levels. The pick up and drop off was quick and easy, and thanks to their wonderful van I was able to move everything I needed in about 2 trips which saved me a whole bunch of time and gas and stress! The people that work here are super friendly and helpful. What else can I say, they are fantastic. more

Very convenient and easy 4/6/2016

I was in need of a larger vehicle to move some stuff over to a storage facility but all of my friends were busy. The guys over at Carl's Van Rentals really helped me out because they rented me a nice big van to move my stuff. They made the whole rental process really simple and easy for me which I really appreciated. Their rates are great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a big van for a temporary job. more

This was my first time using Carl's Van Rentals and it was a very good experience, they are a good rental house. They were able to give me a rental within 24 hours notice, so it was very convenient. They were very friendly and had very good service. I will use them again. more

I rented a truck from Carl's Van Rentals to transfer a china hutch and I'm answering questions and doing this review because they were extremely friendly people and you don't always get that in Florida. The circumstance was a little out of their control and at the end they had to switch the van that I had so I had to take 2 trips instead of one, but like I said, that was out of their control and I was very satisfied with their service. more

Great service, good vehicle and east pick-up & drop-off. 2/26/2016

I rented a 16 pass van from Carl's Van Rentals about a year ago. They provided great service, a good vehicle inside and out and they made for an easy pick-up and drop-off. That's all you need from a car rental place and I nothing to complain about. I've used them about 3 times already and I will use them again. more

Quick service, highly recommended 2/25/2016

I went to Miami for vacation and chose Carl's Van Rentals for my rental service. They had my van ready for me when I got to their site and it was a good time. I liked the van they selected for me and their customer service was great. I got their card so I can use them again the next time I'm in Miami. I would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again soon. more
