Went to Carl's with a TV that Best Buy no longer handles or services. They accepted it, checked it, serviced it and had it ready to pick up in two days. Their people were cordia...

Worst

The first two reviews MUST be by the owners. The guy in the office is rude beyond normal. Why is he so mad at the world? They run awful hours and have no flexibility for delivery....

Great as usual 2/1/2010

My family has been dealing with Carl's TV for 3 generations now. My grandfather, my father, and now myself. They have been very dependable for all of us. They are very knowledgable and professional. The person that left the rude comment must have been ignorant to them. I think it's fair to say if they have been in business for over 50 years that they have done things right and professional. more

Its 2010, Who stops delivering at 3:00 PM? I actually got a lecture when I complained, ""We've been doing this for 50 years"" Well I am sure it is not gonna last that much longer. Wonderful Service! 9/17/2009

They came promptly and arrived on time, gave me a resonable estimate, and best off all had my tv repaired and back in my home withing 48 hrs. Thats why they have been able to stay in business all these years!!! Pros: had my tv back in less than 48 hrs. more
