Great Food! 1/25/2009

In my opinion, the best fast food around. This store has gone through many ups and downs over the years. While it they are still working out some ocasional kinks, I think the new manager is doing an excelent job getting the restaurant in order. more

I like it. 6/1/2006

I don't get burgers very often but when the mood strikes it's usually around 6AM. Carl's Jr. is the only fast food joint that will sell you a burger at that time. Always go through the drive through at that time of day, little waiting. I've always found the food to be fresh and the 'famous star' (is that the one with the onion ring inside?) is just wonderful. I do believe that the other Carl's that was on Crater Lake Hwy had better tasting food, but, alas, it is no more. Matter-of-fact, I'm going there this morning. If I find it to have changed, I'll amend my review. more

Awful! 3/21/2006

We used to frequent this Carl's Jr back when we lived in Medford and it used to be clean, food was good and the service was okay. Something happened. I am not sure if ownership changed hands or what, but all I can say one word-- downhill! We do not have high expectations for fast food places. As long as we get our food within say 10-15 minutes, it is hot and the place is relatively clean, we're happy. This Carl's Jr fails all of our expectations and then some. We've had mixed up orders (and orders missing several items), cold food with lettuce that looks like it should be in the trash, wait times that were ridiculous and the restaurant itself looked dirty and unkempt on our last and final visit. Stay away. It's an awful place. more
