Carlos designed a new home for myself and also a major addition for my mother in law on Sunset Key. His rates were very reasonable. He produced his drawings in a timely manner and provided good service getting them permitted through the building department. He was always just a phone call away. Carlos O. Rojas, how did that guy get a license ? We hired Carlos for our home in Sunset Key Island, Fl. 33040. He has completely destroyed the integrity of my house by designing if you want to call it that a horrific house. that my family & i will be enjoying, needless to say, we fired him, after the bogus plans he drew for us. absolutely no structural consideration nor calculations, this guy is a real shyester. how did he get an architecture license, the state of florida must be handing them out for fun no a days. any ways think twice before hiring this fool, he will waste your time and money, and you will get no where. what a loser this guy is. Pros: nothing really unless you like to spend time and money for no reason Cons: every thing, what a loser this guy is more
