If you've never been at this restaurant, you're missing out on a lot! One of the only few in Los Angeles that is family owned, run, operated, and makes you feel like you are also part of the family, especially on weekends when the mother takes off her apron and becomes the host. Tango, flamenco, exceptional musicians that play traditional music while the food is being served by very caring wait staff. In other words: I'm Italian, and I know food and serveice very well, and I rarely make exceptions on Italian food, but I do everytime I want to have an amazing steak, I go to Carlitos Gardel. Truly an exceptional experience!
