I live in Horry County SC and researched local Plastic Surgeons for months with no success before opting to research the greater Columbia / West Columbia S.C. area. My husband and I drove three hours one way for a consultation with the highly recommended Dr. Carlin. I felt no pressure and really at ease with Dr. Carlin. He told me straight up what to and not to expect.
