this was my second experience talking to lisa. during our 1st conversation she interrupted me several times. i consider this to be v rude. i wasnt used to this kind of thing from this office. in the past ppl have been extremely nice. i thot at that time maybe its time to look for a diff agent. i talked w/ lisa again today. again she interruped me several times and then hung up on me. i worked in retail many yrs and being rude to a customer / client is unaccepable to me. after being w/ this agent for 35 yrs i know now its time to change. \r
