Carl A Husbands

I retained Carl Husbands for a landlord and tenant issue he took my money and appeared 1 time them he refused to appear again and told me I can proceed on my own . I left several messages he never returned them and his receptionist who is very rude was yelling at me and refused to transfer me to his voicemail . 10 minutes later Carl Husbands called me back from his personal cell phone and used anusive language cursing at me and threatening to make my life hell those are his exact words . He also have my telephone number to a family member of his who proceeded to also curse and leave threatening voicemails on my cell phone as well as text messages . I have made a formal complaint to the bar association and I'm also filing harassment charges against him . He is a rip off . more

I saw Mr. Husbands on July 13, 2009 regarding a landlord/tenant issue. I PAID his consultation fee. He said that he would draft a letter pertaining to my complaint. That was on July 13. It's now August 21 and I've not heard back from Mr. Husbands and my 3 messages were never answered. I would not recommend him. Instead, I now see lawyers from Goldberg, Scudieri, Lindenberg & Block. These PROFESSIONALS are all about business, very responsive and are my light at the end of the tunnel. Cons: All more
