Not only did they fix my problem beyond my expectations, they were also very helpful and on time. Your tech also showed me additional ways to save money and conserve on energy. more

Excellent 6/4/2007

I had them put in my air conditioning last spring. We even received a $250 coupon towards the price. The entire process was explained beforehand--any questions I had were answered completely. The workers that installed it were clean, friendly and timely. After they were done, they called to make sure everything was in order. Wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. Always here for us 5/14/2007

Carjon was originally referred to us from a family friend about ten years ago, and we have been happy ever since. They installed our central air conditioning back at that time and we only had one minor problem. There was some part that needed repair, so they came out promptly to fix it with no problems at all. They come to our home twice a year for tune ups on both the air conditioning and heating systems. The service technicians are always polite and neat. I would (and do) recommend Carjon to everyone! Pros: Reliable service, friendly, solid reputation Cons: None yet! more

Very Bad Customer Service 2/5/2007

I called this company on January 30 to service one of our stores with no heat. They never showed up or called. I called to follow up on February 5 and they said they were just to busy, maybe they could get to it tomorrow. What kind of business are you running if you can't even keep a scheduled appt.
