Horrible Cat Grooming 5/12/2011

I took my cat in this past Monday, and they did a HORRIBLE job at grooming him.\r They did get out the few matts that he had, but that's it...\r They did not brush out his undercoat, and I honestly dont think they even bathed him. I told the guy at the front desk that he is still full of dander, and he said ""thats normal""... I know that is NOT normal, but he was sure quick to take my $65.00. My cat was extremely skiddish when I picked him up, which is not like him.\r When he got home, he hid for hours... Not sure if they mistreated him or not, but he NEVER acted like that when we took him to another groomer.\r I will NEVER take any of my animals to this place again!!!\r Poor, poor, poor service!!!! more
