Absolutely the best! 1/20/2012

Dr Zimmerman is positively the best vet we have ever used. She is caring, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We have four dogs and I would never take them to anyone else. She makes you feel like you and your pet are part of her family. You never get an ""assembly line"" feeling here. If you love your furry family members as much as we do then you need to take them to the best veterinarian clinic in the area. Caring Critters!!!! more

You folks need quality re-training... 1/9/2011

TERRIBLE SERVICE! It took over TWO HOURS for an appointment to examine my senior kitty who was mostly seen by the vet techs, all the while, being constantly bothered by a vet tech coming into my room to keep giving me unrealistic and over-priced estimates.\r TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER GOING BACK AND NEVER RECOMMENDING IT EITHER! more

Worst Veterinarian I have ever visited. 10/29/2010

I took my dog in to get his paw looked at and fixed. The veterinarian gave me Chlorhexidine 0.2% and told me to clean it twice a day and put the Chlorhexidine on it. Well after almost three weeks, my dog's wound is still the exact same as when I took him in there. The office manager and the secretary told me basically ""too bad"". I would have to pay for ANOTHER office visit when they should have fixed it the first time. Worst veterinarian I have ever been to. Maybe if I had taken him to a different vet hospital his foot would be fixed now. I will NEVER again take him to caring critters. These people do not care, they are only about over charging you, and apparently recharging you for something they should have done the first time. Please avoid these people, they are absolutely the worst. more

The Doctors and staff at Caring Critters are awesome. I could go on forever about how happy I am with the care and love my pets receive from Dr. Karbs and Jessica. I can't thank them enough for all they do.\r You guys ROCK. more

Wonderful vet with wonderful service 8/1/2008

Dr. Robin Zimmerman is by far one of the best vets I've ever had the privledge to work with. I used to work at a cats-only hospital, so I have learned a lot about how to care for pets on the medical side. Dr. Zimmerman always gives me detailed information about my pets and how to better their lives through proper care, nutrition, and vaccinations. The hospital also has great prices with the same high quality care you'd expect with more expensive practices. Thanks for your wonderful care and expertise, Dr. Z! more
