High Quality Childcare at an affordable price! 5/19/2009

I enrolled my first child when he was three and a half months old at Caring Connections Childcare Center. I had lost my spot at another daycare and needed daycare for an infant in order to return to work in two weeks, not an easy task in the greater Sacramento area. As a new parent I was hesitant about leaving my baby at any daycare. Julie, the director of Caring connections called me back immediately after I called about openings. She was able to accommodate my son and I had daycare secured and ready to go within 2 days. Caring Connections has definately raised the bar for child care facilties. I have 3 large daycare facilities within 2 miles of my home and will continue to drive out of my way to keep my son enrolled at Caring Connections. He loves going to school, where they feed him nutritious meals/snacks, provide diapering and many developmental activities so he meets his milestones on schedule. The staff is warm and nurturing, but they provide both positive and negative feedback to support their development. He is now 20 months old and can't wait to go school everyday to see his friends and teachers. I will be enrolling my baby girl in the next month to start there so she can love it as much as her older brother. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to parents. more

A caring place. Great staff. 4/29/2009

I started my eldest daughter at Caring Connection Children's Center a few years ago. She is 6 now. I have since enrolled my toddler there as well. I originally chose Caring Connection because the location was convenient for me. Then, I met with the school director and I felt so comfortable there, as if I was leaving my child with a friend. They definitely helped my eldest daughter prepare for kindergarten, which has helped her get to the level she is at now, in first grade. They have helped my toddler with talking. Also, I have noticed that my toddler enjoys reading after being at Caring Connection. The care they provide is very personal. It is like taking your child to an in-home center. They develop personal relationships with each individual child as well as the parents. The price is good, too. Caring Connection includes meals -- breakfast, lunch and 3 snacks -- in the cost. I have already recommended them to other parents. Nicole Garcia more

Warm and traditional 4/28/2009

Caring Connection Children's Center does not focus on "cutting edge" philosophies and theories, but rather tried and true, loving, practices that capture the essence of childhood and nurtures it with love, warmth, and a feeling of family. By focusing on a child's natural need of belonging and providing the basic needs for safety, kindness, and cleanliness/healthy practices, children there are well positioned to thrive physically, socially, emotionally and academically. more

They support me as a mother, back me up on parenting. 4/22/2009

Price was the main reason I chose Caring Connection Children's Center initially. Their prices are very reasonable and the value is high. I am a single mom and they have helped me out with my son in so many ways. He is 4 years old and has been going there since he was 2. Between Julie and Melanie, they are always very involved. The teachers back me up on parenting. They tell me how my son is doing and if there are any issues, they let me know. Caring Connection Children's Center has been my son's go-to place. They have dealt with potty training him and have taught him so much -- from colors and shapes to full sentences. He even says "Excuse me for my behavior." They are good at teaching the children about responsibility and consequences for bad behavior, but they do not create victims. They are very hands-on. They have a great healthy foods program in which the children learn to make homemade applesauce. I also rave about their summer educational programs. They have "water fun time" and teach the children about animals in the ocean. Caring Connection Children's Center has been a very good foundation for my single family. Stacy Miller more
