Caribbean Pan does not acknowledge Mother's Day. 5/7/2008

I have been dining at the Caribbean Pan for over 2 years now. Been hooked ever since! I was very disappointed to find out that they are CLOSED for Mother's Day, BUT Open for Father's Day!!!! Pros: EVERYTHING TASTE GOOD, THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, GREAT SERVICE! Cons: THEY DO NOT OBSERVE MOTHER'S DAY, BUT OPEN FOR FATHER'S DAY! more

Authentic and Tasty food! 12/11/2007

I happened to be driving along and I noticed this new eatery. The week after me and a couple of friends were deciding where to go to eat. I told them about this new restautant I saw while driving- The Caribbean Pan. We headed out that way and were we ever glad that we did! This place totally reminds me of the food that I had while vacationing in the Caribbean a couple of years back. The people in there were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I really liked the roti (?) it was like a soft flour tortilla with way more flavor- it melts in your mouth! I highly recommend anyone who wants to try a new ethnic eatery to try this place! Pros: tasty authentic food Cons: closes early more
