Stewed Snapper (Fish) was good, they only serve the head and body though, for the price I should have gotten the whole fish. Loved the flavored rice & peas - very tasty! For the money, need more sides, two round pieces of sliced cucumbers on a dribble of cabbage doesn't count. Service was great; management was hands-on and very communicative. Our family goes to Caribbean Corner at least once a month. Everyone that works there is very personable. The Chinese food is very flavorful. The Chinese chicken has this great crispy texture and sweet flavor. The roti is soft and flaky and the curry has just the right hint of spice. I gave it 4 stars, not because of the food, but only because if you are not used to Caribbean style service, you might be a little put off. In large crowds, the plates are brought out one by one, so everyone eats at a different time. And you'll want to double check your bill because in the confusion, things sometimes get mixed up. But if you are able to look past these small flaws, you will really enjoy your time there. The restaurant turns into a club after 9pm, so make sure you stay for some music and dancing.
