If honesty is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. Long story short, they skipped waxing the roof of my SUV and skipped the engine detail they told me was included and sent me on my way as if they had done everything I paid for hoping I wouldn't notice. Returning to the business the detailer named Josh acknowledged he mislead me, but justified his actions by saying he has to do both detailing and oil changes, only gets paid minimum wage and said the owner Pat knew he was running out of time on the detailing of my SUV. \r

To be fair, after being called out on the deception, Josh offered to finish the job I paid for, but I'm not one who's comfortable sending my under cooked steak back to the kitchen. I was also offered $20 back on my $200 + tax + tip detail job. Ironically, I tipped the detailer Josh $20 before he even started detailing my SUV hoping he would be honest and go the extra mile. That didn't work out so well. \r
