Haven't tried anything on the menu I didn't absolutely LOVE!!! 11/19/2006

My favorite entree at the Caribbean Bistro is the JerkChicken. You can order it to your liking from mild to spicy. I prefer it spicy and it is ALWAYS PERFECT! The Spinach and Ricotta Empanadas are to die for and the Stuffed PotatoBalls are hearty and always satisfying! Because it is family owned and operated, you always know the person who is serving you. It is a perfect "A+++" by far in my book! more
