This facility has a gated entrance and exit and is considered a pay lot. My husband was told that he could fuel at this facility and the deisel pumps are not capable of handling a big rig. My husband decided he would pay the $10 fee to park for the day since his rig wouldn't fit into the fuel island. When he tried to leave, he went to the exit gate. There he ran into trouble. He was supposed to enter a code from the ticket he received when he entered the lot. The computer that is there to register the code told him that the code was not valid. He tried the call button that was supposed to get him to the manager of the lot. He received no answer. The phone number at the top of the parking ticket but it is for the automated machine, not for the lot. he then called the receiver for the load he was under and they told him to just sit and they would call him for his docking assignment and then hung up on him. He sat at this facility for better than twelve hours trying to get out. There was no help coming from the receiver nor the management of the 27 Shell lot. My review is that everyone should beware of this facility; particularly professional drivers.
Pros: cheap parking
Cons: cannot get out, fuel island does not accommodate commercial trucks
