HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 3/2/2006

I called today at 2:30pm (03/02/06) . A woman there who answer the phone hang up before I finished talk because she told me something and she didn't want to talk more. She is very bad worker, that manner is nasty. I was shocked and very dissapointed. more

Horrible!!! 7/18/2005

I called on the morning of July 18 2005 and spoke with two employees on three seperate occasions who were extremely discourteous and unprofessional. I had just read on-line that the Carel gallery is highly acclaimed, but after this encounter am extremely upset and disappointed at the poor attitude and customer service that I received. I do not know the manner in which the Carel Gallery conducts business, but will be sure that in the future any and everybody I know will be advised of the deplorable treatment that I received. more
