I called on the morning of July 18 2005 and spoke with two employees on three seperate occasions who were extremely discourteous and unprofessional. I had just read on-line that the Carel gallery is highly acclaimed, but after this encounter am extremely upset and disappointed at the poor attitude and customer service that I received. I do not know the manner in which the Carel Gallery conducts business, but will be sure that in the future any and everybody I know will be advised of the deplorable treatment that I received.
