I first became aware of Carefree Cats 3 years ago when I hear that Dr. Pollard had over 30 years experience and was excellent at diagnosis and treatment, and they have a visiting vet specialist. Dr. Grover. My first experience was very positive, they asked many questions and recommended a change in cat food, which really helped. I brought a litter of newborn kittens there. I was at first not sure if anyone smiled there, confusing lack of smiles for professionalism. Well, it recently became very friendly AND professional with a manager by the name of Joni, who is highly skilled AND compassionate. You will notice the change as soon as you walk in. Give it another try if you don't believe me. They recently changed some staff, adding and eliminating, now everyone is people friendly. Dr. Pollard has around 35 years experience, I believe, and is often mistaken by clients with his serious unemotional appearance. He really does care once you know him. Dr. Grover is both outgoing and highly experienced, I once had her at my appointment. I suggest to those who don't believe me to go back again, you will really notice the difference once you are greeted. They also are extremely good at accuracy, cleanliness, and organizational skills. It is so clean inside there, you could actually say it is the cleanest in town. Their cat boarding is equally clean and quiet.
