I’ve only used this service once, but found it to be a good experience. They came within 20 minutes of my calling and the driver I had was friendly and professional. He introduced himself right away and proceeded to make small talk. He asked be basic questions about my life – where I was from, what I did, but nothing too personal. Made riding with a stranger much more pleasant!
