I am a very busy working mom which is why I need the help of childcare. This agency scheduled two nannies for two different days and both girls called to confirm and get directions but neither left a contact phone or email. When I called the agency in order to get contact information for the girls they said that they will not give it and that the care givers are not EVER to leave this kind of information. When I explained that I am very busy and that it was unlikly that the girls would reach me without me calling them back they said that they would not be able to provide me with child care. I could not believe that they refused me service simply because I needed a contact phone number for the girls. They are clearly paranoid about their nannies trustworthyness and the entire thing left me with the feeling that if they could not trust their own employees then I certainly would never trust them with my child. Cons: They do not trust their own child care providers so how can you? more
