Care Clean, LLC

I've tried many cleaning companies and independent contractors. Some good, some not so good. Unfortunately Care Clean falls in the latter category. I bought a Living Social voucher, maybe that was the problem. First it took several calls to finally get someone on the phone. Then, we had scheduling issues. When they finally cleaned, about as good as my 9year old and there were three women. They didnt vaccuum any of the corners or in between the rug and couch and missed half of my bedroom. Dog hair is still everywhere. They didnt clean the mirrors in my bedroom at all and the bathroom mirror was smudgy. Didn't dust well. With my voucher it cost me $85 and it wasnt worth that much. Very disappointed. more

Having tried other services in the past, like independent cleaning services, there is no comparison. I am very picky about how they clean, worried about cross contamination, etc. That was a problem with my previous Colombian lady that did not perform well. Caught her cleaning the toilet and with the same rag cleaning the sink and toothbrushes! Disgusting, needless to say, she was fired that day. The Care Clean team clean very detailed and a supervisor comes to check on them, at least on the first deep cleaning. They send a minimum of two ladies to clean the house. With 3 children in my house is hard to keep up with a clean home, but with their help is much easier because they do the hard work such as scrubing tiles in bathrooms, dusting blinds and corners, etc. They use non toxic products except for the bleach to get rid of mold and mildew. More expensive than your typical maid that leaves a card on your mailbox, but worth it. THey are insured and double background check, anyway, if you have problems you can call their supervisor. Give it a try, you won't regret it. more
