Good Quality 3/11/2010

When i went into the hospital for unk pains which turned out to be something else, Dr Kates was about as thorough and pro as i could expect. PA Robt Vansellow has assisted me with BP for several years . I am impressed with them and the pharmacy. The nurse hotline has also worked well for me several times. The wait at T-Bird office can be long, but the quality of service seems worth it. Pros: Good doctors Cons: long waits more

Horrible 1/15/2010

As a new patient, I arrived 15 minutes in advance as requested to fill out the paperwork. I waited 55 minutes. and decided as a new patient it was not acceptable and decided to leave. At no time did anyone state that the doctor was running behind or was called out for an emergency. After I told the front desk that I was leaving, they asked if I wanted to reschedule and I politely told them that this was a bad experience and that I would not be interested in rescheduling. It was my observation that they schedule appointments. If I had nay clients that had to wait 55 minutes to see me....I would be out of business. Please rethink if your planing on seeing theses folks. Pros: No Pros to write about! Cons: Waiting time! more

Cardiology 4/10/2005

The group of people in this Drs. office is phenominal. The staff at the front desk is very pleasant and they bend over backwards to help you out. The Drs. assistants, nurses, xray people, stress test people are all wonderful and very helpful. I felt very at home there and in great hands. Dr. Wolfson is very intelligent and I highly recommend his services to all of you. more
