I so appreciated the knowledge and work ethic of your employees, Yvonne Scholl and Scott Deedem. Both of them worked together to deliver the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Yvonne had the answers to all my questions, even the slightly goofy one. When I bought the car she went over all the options in the car, and quickly synched my phone with the car. She was so considerate and personable that it took what has in the past been an ordeal and turned it into a great experience. I love my new car and loved that no one looked past me looking for a man to explain the car's features to. If you need a person to train you other sales associates I would highly recommend Yvonne. She exemplifies great customer service. Scott worked very hard to find the absolute best financing for us. When I called to pay our credit union came in @ 7.3 he asked that I let him spend another bit of time putting requests out. In the end he found a 3.9 interest rate for me. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to both of these people - great job in hiring by your Human Resources Dept. both terrific representatives of your corporation.
