My sales associate, Jonas, was the most exceptional salesman I've ever met... and I've bought a lot of cars! He was personable, attentive, not pushy but to the point. He went out of his way to make the whole thing work AND bought me a Diet Coke! I enjoyed my experience very much even though I didn't get my 2012 Beetle. Will be back for one of those. Thanks! more

I have a 2004 Touareg...It was a few months out of warranty and the drive shaft needed replacing....It was going to be about $1200.00....Jesse called VW on my behalf, and I didn't have to pay anything...I was literally shocked..I thought maybe they'd give me a few hunderd off, but Jesse told care of it all since I'm a good customer and have gone to Cardinale many times....Thank you Jesse!!!!!! more
