Derek the sales rep was very helpful, courteous and informed. Any questions I had he made sure I had correct information consulting with other managers and employees. All management and support personnel were helpful and processed info as efficiently as possible considering we were trying to do cash for clunkers and were disappointed we couldn't work out a deal on that program. We will remain an ongoing customer as long as service remains HIGH. more
