Great Service, fast, efficient, and clean 8/20/2017

I have had nothing but great service from Cardinal Plumbing in the two visits/installs to our home. Most recent, Mark K. replaced our toilet. He was professional, fast, and worked cleanly. He arrived when he said he would, looked at the job, assessed the issue and gave us several options. We have lived in the house for over 20 years, and the previous owner for over 15. Unsure as to when the toilet had been replaced, but it was beginning to come apart. Rather than just replace the tank, we opted for a new one. Great install, very pleased. The first job Cardinal did for us a few months ago was to replace our water heater. This job was done by one person cleanly, efficiently, and fast. I commend the guy, Rene, as it is a large water heater in a very small space between our furnace and a washing machine. Excellent install and it has worked well since. So far I can highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing! more

Service by Chris 5/10/2017

Chris provided friendly and efficient service. He did not object to my questions and explained what he was doing. The four rather than five stars reflects the fact that Chris incorrectly believed the sewage backup problem was solved on the first day, which it wasn't. However, he returned the next day determined not to leave until the problem was definitely resolved. It took a while, but solve it he did!!! more

Fast and Friendly 9/30/2016

We were very pleased with this company. The dispatcher made a special effort to get someone out to us the same day and accommodated us when we needed to schedule the actual work for the day after. Daniel, the man who handled our repair, was extremely nice and got the work done well under the time we expected. We'd have no problem recommending these folks to anyone. more
