I cant really say enough about my dealings with Joe Ward and his staff. They have been very accommodating of the endless questions and phone calls i threw at them. Once I made the leap and went with them, the high level of service continued. Joe personally worked on my job, which i understand he does not always do, but due to the type of equipment he was putting in my house, he wanted to be there to make sure things went off without a hitch. I felt very comfortable with his staff. Courteous, friendly and they knew their jobs, and worked very hard. Since I work odd hours, we had to schedule the work to begin on a Friday....and they worked through Monday (including both weekend days). There was no extra charge for doing so, even though the other company I was considering refused to work with that schedule. I think the best thing about them is that they are a small company....I dont have an account number, when I call, they know me by my name which is something i really like.
