I was looking for a dump truck online and saw one carco had on their website. My dad called them for more information and it sounded like a good match for what we needed. We live about eight hours away, so we setup a Saturday meeting as we can't leave during the week. Jeff met us at the dealership and the truck was just what we expected. After going through all the details and getting a tour of the facility we were able to see that these guys know what they are doing when it comes to up-fitting trucks. The State send me a letter that said title was not filed for due to prior salvage and nobody from this place will help me and now the tabs are running out. more

I walked into Carco Automotive on Friday, and walked out owning a used Freightliner Business Class Dump truck. We worked with Jeff Friedrich, who is very knowledgeable and helpful in a non pushy way. After getting home I felt there was a miscommunication of a subject and reached out to Jeff via email after hours. The very next morning, which was a Saturday, Jeff called and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Carco didn't technically have to do anything as I purchased the vehicle, but they treated me with respect, dignity, and made it right in my eyes. The type of integrity Jeff displayed goes a Long Way for us and we would gladly recommend Carco Automotive to anyone. I was in a automobile accident and rolled my car. The guys from carco came out and towed my car off the road and gave me a ride back to their shop. I was from out of town and had no way to get back home. They offered me the use of a loaner car so I could continue on my way. When people talk about customer service and their expectations, these guys are top notch and went way beyond my expectations. more

Do not buy anything from CarCo , unless you are a certified mechanic or bring one with you. Do not believe the sales promises. This joint is a classic "buy a wrecked auto and do the minimum to sell and turn a profit" Dont let yourself be fooled into thinking you can save a buck..you will spend many more dollars than you saved on repairs. I was totally ripped-off and want to warn everyone. more
