Someone please report this guy!! He's rude, unprofessional, and from all the review's I've read he isn't shy about breaking the law and using threats to keep you in line. I'd report him myself, but I refuse to be a tenant of his and therefore have no personal evidence of wrong-doing. more

Tenant - Landlord laws are non-existent here 3/16/2007

Don't be fooled by the low rent. Regardless, your apartment is much like when you lived with your parents. Landlord comes in when he wants, without notice. Water damage goes unfixed. Landlord obeys NONE of the tenant-landlord laws. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will NEVER get your security deposit back (I think it stands at 6 years and running). Was a resident 2 years, and it's not worth it. Pros: Cheap rent, great location. Cons: Landlord will enter your apt. without notice. Doesn't follow tenant-landlord laws more
