Great hours and service 4/29/2012

Jerry was great. My car broke down on Friday afternoon and he was one of the few places opened at 5:00. He was the best price and able to finish my car next day. They are also conveniently located right off the greenbelt trail so I was able to safely ride my bike to pick up my bike. Pros: null Cons: null more

Excellant Service 12/17/2011

I received an email reminder about my oil change and review of check points. They were very prompt and I got in right away. They checked my brakes and they were still good and advised I didn't need service on them at this time. I really like Car-X as they don't try to sell you services you don't need. I can trust them. more

Had to take car elsewhere to fix. 11/18/2011

I had transmission fluid leaking from my car. Car-x first said there was nothing wrong. After going to pick up my car, and finding a puddle of fluid they looked again. The second time they said I needed to have my transmission rebuilt. I took my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion. They were able to fix the problem at no charge. An air intake hose for the transmission was plugged up. Seems Car-x should have caught this. more

Expensive...But I still LOVE them. 9/18/2011

It cost $212 for them to tow my car less than 10 miles and put in a new battery. I really didn't think it was my battery or I would have just ran and got one. So,I think it was expensive...for a battery- but partly my fault. I needed it done ASAP and had not renewed my AAA membership or towing would have been free. ugh. more
