Always speedy, friendly, helpful 10/9/2009

I hate having my car repaired, so I doubt I'd ever give any place a "5" star rating. However, CarX has taken care of many of my vehicles now, and they're the only ones I go to for routine maintenance or repair work. I never have to wonder if they're telling me the truth or not about whether any given repair is needed. They also freely tell me whether this or that thing is an 'urgent' need for safety or vehicle wear, or if it 'could wait a little while'. A few times there have been something wrong that simply had to be done by a dealership - and those experiences have always been horrid in comparison to CarX. I recommend them to EVERYONE. more

The men are RUDE!!!! 9/21/2009

I could not believe that when I called this morning... that the man on the phone was so rude to me. I asked him to simply give me a few estimates on getting my car looked over. He told me it would cost 59.99 and then with the problem I think I am having it would run me close to 400-700 dollars!!!! Wow. I will not be going there EVER. It was not the price that made me turn away. He was rude ... short and very unprofessional. I will be going somewhere else!! I will not take my car to a place where it is obvious thru the phone that he does not like his job. I thought I would give them a chance...but nevermind!!!! more

Watch out! 5/13/2009

This business took advantage of our son and told him he needed a lot of work he didn't need done. Now he is nearly $250.00 in the hole while trying to earn money to return to school in the fall. If you dare take your car to this business make sure you know what you need and don't let them take advantage of you! more
