Although all the reviews are over a year old, they still represent an accurate picture of the company. Their amazing depth of product knowledge was invaluable in helping me choose a new stereo/speakers and auto-start/alarm system. They never tried to up-sell me. Their only concern was helping me find the best value for my money based on my needs and preferences.\r \r The owner, Patti, made sure the prices were competitive and was way more than patient when answering all my (sometimes repeated) questions. She understood that this was a big deal for me and she took all the time necessary to make sure everything would meet my expectations. Rick, the installer, is a hoot to spend time with - great stories about his many years in the business. Thought I knew some things but Rick updated my automotive education (Thanks!). Best of all - he was very careful to set up the systems based on how I would be using the equipment. Had a top of the line Viper 5901 installed in my Ford Focus with a manual and they did a great job(not an easy task). Rick (the installer) and Patti (the owner) stayed 2 hrs after close on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to finish up when they ran into an issue with programming. Not many shops would stay open like that, and just shows the type of people over at Car-Feteria. In the end it was all finished up and they did a great job. They have great prices and very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for alarm/remote start. In the end these people are professional, helpful, and do great work. I will trust them for all my future work. more

This is an excellent business. The store is organized and professional with a large variety of speakers and other electronics for sale, and the people who work there are experts at their craft. I scheduled an appointment to get some speakers and a stereo installed deck two days prior, and when I showed up for it they were able to take my car immediately. Josh, the specialist who worked on my car, was very informative and got the job done. He did more than expected, and everything was perfect. The owner of the store, Patti, was very friendly and knew exactly what she was talking about. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure her customers were completely satisfied. I'm not surprised they received an A+ from The Better Business Bureau . After going to Car-Feteria I will never go anywhere else. I trust them, and highly recommend them for anyone with any car audio needs. more

The first time I used the services offered by Car-feteria was about 5 years ago when I had a security system installed. Recently, I had them install satelite radio in my car. The staff is very, very professional in making sure you get what you want for a great and affordable price. They are skilled enough to be able to work things out with the way your car is set-up instead of trying to sell you unneeded extra parts like a few other places were trying to do. This is one of the only companies I trust around the city to do any of the ""extras"" to my car. more

We have purchased 2 different remote systems from Carfeteria..1st Viper was installed in our Dodge dakota at my request before I would purchase the vehicle. The 2nd in our Jeep Wrangler. I understand aftermarket parts are made to fit a variety of applications and fine tuning the part to your specific vehicles quirks and traits can sometimes be ....frustrating...for ALL involved. The 2 minor issues that have arisen have been handeled professionally and my concerns were addressed immediately. A slight tweak here or there is sometimes all it takes They took the time to listen to my concerns, comments and questions. Then worked out the solution in a timely manor. Would not hesitate to recommend Patti and her Carfeteria staff!!! In our world of me me me, instant gratifcation, and ""hey, just because i work here ..dont expect me to help you""...it is very nice to deal with someone who knows what ""Customer Service "" means. more

Patti at Carfeteria was recommeded by a friend as I wanted an ipod adapter installed in my 2004 BMW Z4. Patti was able to get the BMW part quick and for a reasonable price. Had it installed yesterday, took only 30 minutes and the unit works great. Dealership wanted to charge me 3 hrs for labor, Rick at Carfeteria did it in far less time and much more affordable. The unit works great! Excellent service, communication and workmanship, will gladly return and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! more

I like Car Feteria. Patty is the owner and she's a very honest woman. She trys her hardest to give the lowest prices, and they are usually a really good deal. I got a 6"" in dash TV bought and installed for 400 bucks and its pioneer, touch screen...what can i say? Take your car to a place where they're looking to help you out instead of rip you off. more
