I bought mine subsystem from car toys still sounds good I recommend all my friends to go there just because of the way the staff members are there they just not trying to sell you something they listen to you and see exactly what you're looking for \r I told thim what type of music I listen to and what basa high medium or low and they were able to make it happen I wanted my trunk to look clean and look like nothing was in there and they have been the only car audio company that I can call in the phone with questions and help me to the best of their knowledge over the phone and very polite about it not just trying to make a buck they actually help out their customers even after your installation is done they were able to give me the correct knowledge on the Ohms on the amp and on the speakers and depending on dual voice coil to make sure I can get the max performance that I wanted out of them I highly recommend them that's where I'll go back to next time thank you for toys more

my car speakers and sub wolfer speaker and amplifier in my honda civic wasn't working. my factory car speakers keep going in and out of sound, and the sub & amp wasn't working at all. so i bring my car in to car toys to fix the problem. they charged me 140 bucks. after they fixed on the sound system and did some altercations, it seems like every thing was working fine again,i was happy. but the next day my car speakers went back to acting up by cutting in and out of sound,but the sub speaker box was still working just fine. so i bring my car back to them, and I'm like whats the deal?, my car speakers acting up again, i thought you guys fixed them. some guy manager gives me some line about my car speakers being old and worn out, and tried to get more money out of me by trying to convince me to buy new ones from there shop. witch would be like almost 300 bucks. I'm like what ever dude, thats why i kinda brought my car here in the first place, you should have told me this from the start, i told him i don't have money for new speakers, i left there feeling like i got kinda swaddled. but i thought at least my sub speaker and amp works now. so bout a few months later, the sub and amp go's out again, now I'm pisst.. car toys are a bunch of crooks and shady people, never will i take my car there ever again. and I'm going to spread the word about there shady business to keep other people from getting robbed. more

I paid $1400 for equipment that did not get installed in my car and now the store manager, Charles and owner, Rob,refuse to give me my money back or put the equipment in my car!!! I paid them upfront like i was suppose to and because they have receipt of payment they are telling me I already got my stuff. I am going to the BBB and getting my attorney involved now. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!! more

Car Toys did an amazing job on my car. I had a few problems with the custom stereo they installed. Sounded great, just had a few cosmetic issues probably caused by one single lazy installer, which I know is no longer there. In all honesty, I left bad reviews for Car Toys and was ready to take my business elsewhere. But Rob Rice (the owner) contacted me and worked with me to fix the issues and has completely changed my mind about Car Toys and their service. Rob is definitely a genuine guy who does cares a great deal about his customers, his crew, and the service they provide. So far they have installed a custom stereo including 4 kenwood 10'' subs, 3 kenwood amps, full dynamat, full neon kit, and now I couldn't be happier with all of it and I'm sure were not done yet. I have already dropped my 4x4 off to be worked on. more

I had purchased from Car Toys an Audio cable to connect my iPhone into my Toyota Sequoia In dash NAV Stereo. They told me it would work easily. I had specifically asked them to hook it up & make sure it works before drilling a hole in my console.After spending 3 hours there, they said it was ready. When I tested it, it didn't work right at all. You could only play the songs in alphabetical order with no control of what order or knowing what was going to playing next. Then they were upset that I wanted my money back.! Now I have a hole in my dash. Cons: They do not know their product knowledge and are rude more

I had my car tinted by Car Toys and they couldn't get it done right even the second time, there are still bubbles after it was redone almost 3 weeks. They don't take good care of your vehicle; you would think the business is to increase the value of your car, not to decrease it, but yet they did it to my vehicle. The glue was everywhere in the inside, the door frame got melted by the heatgun, etc...I'm very upset. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicles there for window tinting. more

My husband is like a kid in a candy store here. He loves all the neat stereos and stuff here. We find the pricing to be very reasonable considering they do install them too. The experience is always great and professional there. We like to go there just to dream. I have bought stereo for my husband truck here. I would recommend them for sure. more
