We were in Georgia when my 20 year old daughter had an accident on Sunday evening and we contacted this company to get pricing for towing her car. I spoke to John who quoted me $125 for towing and said storage would be $20 per day after 24 hours. After questioning the costs several times and letting him know we wanted to make sure our daughter did not get ripped off, as she was going to have to pay this expense herself, was told they had a contract with the Florida Highway Patrol that regulated their charges and they could charge anything else.\r

When she called to get the balance so she could go by to pay the towing and storage to this point (Tuesday) was told it would be $319.15. I called back to find out why their charges were in excess of what they quoted and Susan told me:\r
$125 - Towing\r
$ 40 - Storage 2 days @ $20\r
$15 - Tarping Charge for covering windows\r
$45 - Administration Fee\r
$75 - Tow Out Charge\r
$19.15 Taxes (didn't know tax was charged on services)\r
\r
When I questioned why the difference from the quote the lady was very condesending so I asked to speak to a manager who was extremely rude. Brian the manager after a short discussion about my previous conversations with his company he said he didn't time to discuss the charges, they were what they were. In addition he said he didn't want to deal with me and for me to get the car off his lot before the end of the day or he would make my life hell.\r
\r
We had AAA send a tow truck to pick it up, but they still charged the tow out fee because this company didn't have an insurance certificate on file with the property owner so they wouldn't let them enter their lot so they towed it out of the lot.\r
\r
We ended up paying over $270 (more than double what they quoted) because we didn't any other option.\r
\r
In my opinion they are Con Artist and I would not recommend letting them tow anything. \r

AVOID if at ALL Possible!!
