This is THE WORST experience I have ever had searching for a car. They promised to fix a seatbelt on a 2002 Honda Accord that we purchased from them. It then turned into ""Fix the seatbelt at your local mechanic, and we will pay for it!"" Two months later, we are still waiting for the check to come in the mail. The car that we purchased failed inspection in Maine, and our mechanic also told us that it would have failed in MA as well (due to aftermarket tinting that was too dark). This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would recommend going anywhere but Car Nation to purchase your next car.
Pros: We like our car overall
Cons: Everything else...If I could give negative ratings, I would!
