Great Used Car Dealership 2/10/2006

At first I was skeptical buying from a dealership that didn't have any new cars. However, they gave a very fair price on our old truck, and had our SUV at below Kelly Blue Book value.\r We got a warranty, and even though a part broken within the first 3 months, the guys at carmax worked really hard to find out if it was still under the manufacturer's warranty, and it was! The totally went out of their way for us to give us a good deal. I would definately buy another car from carmax. PROS: personable, friendly, helpful CONS: it seemed that we were always waiting more
